Welcome to Freeland Lights 2024!

WHERE = Hayes Park in Tittabawassee Township (9200 Midland Rd, Freeland MI 48623)

WHEN = December 1^st – 31^st 2024. Starting every evening at 5:30pm, with the last show starting at 10pm. The show repeats approximately every 15 minutes.

DETAILS = Come join in the excitement this Christmas season! With the support of the community, this musical display lights up the park. Visitors can enjoy the dancing lights while listened to the programmed show by tuning their vehicle's radio station to 93.9FM.

There is NO admission cost to this event. Simply come and enjoy the show as many times as you wish throughout the month of December. Donation boxes located at the front of the display as well as at the exit of the park. This is a free event only goodwill giving for those that wish to donate to our local charities.

100% of the donations collected are given to CAN Council GLBR and Habitat for Humanity of Saginaw.

Several local families have benefitted by the generous donations made by visitors to the show the past 19-years.

The Township has created a North Drive. Please follow signs and enter from the North side of parking lot. Additionally, please consider viewing the show during the week for best viewing and less traffic.

Over the past 19 years, several songs have made the list. Songs have included favorites such as Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Straight No-Chaser melodies, TSO and other favorites.

Starting at 9PM, the "song selector" will become activated, and YOU can choose from your phone the song you wish to see. Songs are added in order upon selected into the cue. Additionally, ALL DAY TUESDAY will be song selector day! The normal rotation will run, but a choice in the song selector will take preference over normal rotation.

Here is how the song selector works!

Upon Arriving to the Park - You must be in the parking lot/area.
From your WiFi enabled device, go into Settings and choose your WiFi Connection to be FREELANDLIGHTS2.
Go into your web browser & enter 12.25.20.24 in the address bar (Christmas Day!)
A list will show-up of all the songs with a button to 'Push to Load'. Once chosen, the song will be added in sequence to any previously chosen song. If no song is chosen, the normal sequence will play. (Some browsers may need to be refreshed if it does not show correctly in the first try)
The song queue will be reset at 9:00pm. Only songs chosen after 9:00pm will be loaded into the queue. When you see the entire show scroll BLUE and read "Select" on the Pavilion - it is time to choose your song! You will also be able to see those songs already chose, as it will read 'loaded'
